The honest comparison.
Xero retired its own HubSpot integration in March 2026, HubSpot's free sync moves data but decides nothing, and the incumbent gates multi-entity behind a $300/month tier. Here's the landscape as it actually is — sources linked.
HubSpot's free Xero sync (Data Sync)
Syncs contacts, products, invoices and payments between the systems.
It's a pipe, not a process: by HubSpot's own documentation, draft invoices don't sync, only six currencies are supported, and invoices synced from HubSpot must never be edited in Xero or the sync breaks. Nothing previews, nothing stops for review, nothing routes.

Invoice Stack
The established HubSpot-Xero invoicing app — mature, marketplace-listed, widely used.
Multiple Xero entities live only in its Enterprise tier (from $300/month, per its public pricing); its Starter tier caps users at five. Wonvoice includes a second organisation at $79 and unlimited users on every plan — and nothing in its published feature set previews invoices before they're created.

Zapier / Make
DIY 'deal won → create invoice' templates on tools you may already pay for.
Fire-and-forget: no dry-run, no duplicate protection across retries, no held-for-review queue, silent failures unless you build the plumbing yourself. Fine for experiments; unaccountable for a ledger.

What none of them have
What none of them have: shadow mode. Wonvoice runs every step for real and stops just short of Xero, so you review the exact invoices it would have created — on your real deals — before anything is allowed to exist. You don't have to trust a new tool; you get to watch it be right first.
Start free →Shadow mode by default — nothing touches Xero until you say so.
