Invoice automation for HubSpot + Xero

Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 July 2026 (draft)

Who we are

Wonvoice is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME — to be completed before launch], [REGISTERED ADDRESS — to be completed before launch]. "You" are the business connecting its HubSpot portal and Xero organisation(s) to the service.

The service

Wonvoice creates and updates invoices in your Xero organisation(s) from deals in your HubSpot portal, according to rules you configure. You review its behaviour in shadow mode and choose when each pipeline goes live. You are responsible for the rules you configure and for reviewing invoices where you have chosen review points.

Your accounts and data

You must have the right to connect the HubSpot and Xero accounts you connect. We access them only through the permissions granted at connection, listed in full on our Security page. Invoices and contacts created by the service belong to you and live in your Xero organisation; disconnecting or cancelling never removes them.

Fair use

Plans include the volumes described on the pricing page (Standard: Around 200 closed deals a month (fair use — deals are never skipped); Scale: Around 500 closed deals a month (fair use — deals are never skipped)). Deals are never skipped or throttled for volume reasons; sustained use above plan volume may require moving to a higher plan or a custom arrangement.

Trials and billing

Trials run 21 days with the limits stated at signup, no payment method required. Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; service continues to the end of the paid period.

Liability

[LIABILITY AND WARRANTY PROVISIONS — TO BE SETTLED WITH COUNSEL BEFORE LAUNCH. The service creates financial documents on your instructions; the intended position is that you review and remain responsible for issued invoices, and our liability is capped at fees paid.]

Termination

You can delete your workspace at any time, which uninstalls the HubSpot app and stops all processing. We retain audit records as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

[GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION — TO BE COMPLETED]
